Inflammation is something we need to be concerned with, as it’s a sign that your body is fighting something. Chronic inflammation likely has something to do with your lifestyle and by taking time to be still and listen you can find clues that can help you greatly reduce your risk for certain non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
Taking care of your own body, the Temple of God’s life-giving Spirit should be your number one priority if you want to be a healthy leader who inspires others to grow.
Research indicates that more than 60% of the population has an increased risk of lifestyle-related diseases such as cancer, diabetes, depression, heart disease, and morbid obesity due to the fact that the majority of young adults are uninformed about what is healthy and what is not. But quite honestly, I believe we all know what’s good.
It is therefore my purpose and the intent of Bodybuilding for Christ to provide the public with insights they can use to keep their genes and the genes of their children healthy.
When God initially designed us to represent Him (Jesus Christ) on earth He made us with divine health and all the plants and animals He gave to us for food and medicine and deemed them as good. But something changed in the past 600 years and it’s important to take note so you can fight back with Godly wisdom.
When I initially gave my heart to Jesus Christ at the age of 27 and asked Him to direct my life, He came in and opened my understanding to the state of affairs currently at play in this consumer/sales-driven world.
It all started with a single Seed, and from that Seed life came forth. But when we decided to genetically modify and manipulate what God had designed and deemed as good it was as if we were giving God the middle finger saying, “We can do it better.” But can we really improve on God’s perfect creation?
The answer is no. You see when you look into the science of epigenetics you will find a beautiful message of unity and co-dependency and this is why God designed mother nature and our spiritual nature to work synergistically. He wanted the earth to provide for our physical bodies as the Spirit of Jesus Christ provides for our Spirit body.
However, with the genetically modified organisms (GMOs) there is a break in the DNA structure of the food we consume and this triggered a host of pleotrophic effects within our own bodies which then led to the chronic illness brought about by the inflammation we now see in western society.
We can change this by going back to the original design and learning how to listen to the Holy Spirit of God leading us with wisdom and purity of heart. The truth is things will never go back to normal until the coming day of Jesus Christ as stated in the book of Revelation. Now is the time to strengthen ourselves through wisdom and exercise.
This platform will serve the body of Christ with the wisdom and tools to improve health outcomes and prevent many of these NCDs, not only for you as the individual, but also for your offspring. Remember, your genes get passed on to your children and if you don’t want to see your child get cancer at 9 you’d better take note today.

Our family owns two health care companies (Gknowmix/GeneCare) where we screen your DNA in conjunction with your pathology and lifestyle. We then provide you with a detailed report that explains how you can keep your genes healthy in an attempt to reduce your risk for certain non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
Did you know?
Your genes express themselves through interactions with your environment, physical movement patterns, daily food choices, and even your beliefs. You hold the key to transformation through health care initiation.
Humans share 99.9% of the same genes and it’s only a small difference in genotyping that’s responsible for changes in skin, eye, and hair color. This is important to understand as it sets the stage for unity and change.
There are basics we all need to follow to keep our genes healthy, and only those who are at high risk, or who need medication/treatment for an existing disease should consider getting screened to see what approach is best.
The Wellness Genescreen checks for risk factors in 5 known disease pathways that are then screened for in conjunction with your pathology, lifestyle habits, and family history. This enables a genetic counselor to provide you with a detailed report you can use to keep your genes, and the genes of your family healthy.
The MammaPrint Breast Cancer Screen is for ladies who have early-stage estrogen-positive breast cancer and it tells you whether or not you need chemotherapy. This test is covered by medical aids and it has saved them millions in the past few years. It has also spared many families from the side effects of chemotherapy.
Lastly, we have a specialized screen for young athletes called the Sports Injury GeneScreen, which is a genetic test developed by scientists at the University of Cape Town (UCT) to determine your risk for Achilles tendon ruptures. The data can help athletes adjust their training and supplemental regimen to keep their joints strong and healthy.
This is what we call personal, predictive, preventative, participatory, precision medical health care.
The human race is trying to improve on what God has already deemed as good, and as a result, we have caused destruction for ourselves and those around us. As the cliché statement goes, “Don’t fix it if it ain’t broke.”
This platform will challenge you to do things differently and I would like to ask you to read through every word on this website so the information can really integrate with your heart and soul. That is the key to transformation.
As it is written, “Guard your heart with all diligence, for from it flow springs of life.” – Proverbs 4:23
As it is written, “Life and death are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” – Proverbs 18:21
As it is written, “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he:” – Proverbs 23:7
You have God’s genes flowing through your blood and his design is what you need to thrive.
