My name is Samiera Kenny, but everyone calls me Sam. I've always had a passion for sports and pursued it a career right after school.
I finished my degree in Sport Recreation & Exercise Science at the University of the Western Cape (2014) and then started my career in the health and fitness industry.
Powerlifting, competitive bodybuilding, and working with people from all walks of life have taught me so much about life, love, and Christ.
It brings me so much joy to coach and support members through their journey of personal growth and physical transformation.
I'd like to invite you to join the next 21-Day Fat Furnace Challenge if you want to get into great shape.
When we started our one-on-one sessions, I had no idea what to expect, but oh my did she meet and exceed my expectations. She stepped into my life when I needed it most! So I thank God!
We have been on this fitness journey together, pushing one another daily and it has been great thus far and I will only keep improving I'm sure.
Sam had asked me what I would like to achieve from our sessions and like most ladies I wanted to be lean and toned. Thanks to her I can see a big difference in my appearance and posture.
The thing I like the most about our sessions is the fact that it's not always serious with Sam. She is constantly making me laugh while she motivates me to "push through the pain".
We have regular check-ins via WhatsApp and that keeps me accountable with eating habits.
I could get carried away and write an essay about how amazing Sam is as a personal trainer but all I can say is that you will never go wrong with Sam in your corner.
Sam has a beautiful soul and will bring nothing but positive vibes your way. My experience has been nothing but A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I am proud to call her my coach and friend.
Go ahead and invest in your health today!

LOVE, COACH SAM
I started on the BB4C platform as a member, to learn how to grow Spiritually stronger. I am on this never-ending journey of seeking God to learn more about Him and His abundant grace.
I fell in love with the vision and mission of BB4C and keenly wanted to be a part of it. I still had a lot to learn about God’s Grace and His Will for my life, but then Jan invited me to come on board as a Coach for the 21-Day Challenge.
I was extremely anxious because I felt nowhere near spiritually qualified to provide the type of comfort, support, and guidance that forms the cornerstone of this amazing health platform.
“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is within you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own. You were bought with the blood of Jesus Christ. So then, honor and glorify God with your body.”
1 Corinthians 6:19
